Thirteen Things I LOVE About Elizabeth

1. Her laugh. It's contagious
2. Her eyes. They're the most beautiful shade of blue.
3. Her sense of humor. I will never forget how she used to make me laugh when I was pregnant with her. We'd play the funniest little kicking/pushing games. I used to tell people "This kid's going to be a trip!" and she is. She makes me laugh every single day.
4. Her love for her sister and the constant desire to include her in everything.
5. Her imagination. Every single day for months now, we celebrate Santala's birthday. Everything from a full meal to cake and ice cream. Birthday song, candles, wishes and all.
6. The way she loves to talk to people on the phone. She is always asking to call someone. She is very articulate and will carry on a conversation for some time. And no conversation is complete with out an invitation to Santala's birthday.
7. Her love for all that is Dunkin Donuts. You'd think I hung the moon!
8. Her interest in the moon. It's extraordinary. She looks for it every time we walk outside. Day or night - she'll find it. We talk to the moon, sing about the moon. She has a collection of books about the moon.
9. Her love for her family. Each and every family member.
10. Her love of school. She is very passionate about her teachers, her friends, and the things they do together.
11. The fact that she's started calling me sweetheart
12. How nurturing she is toward me. She loves to cuddle with me, brush my hair, put lotion on my legs, etc... She's always telling me how beautiful I am.
13. The funny way she pronounces some words. A few of my current favorites are "Jesus Muffy" for Jesus loves me, and "laundalee" for laundry. I could make an entire Thursday 13 of just words she does or has pronounced funny. Maybe next week.
